If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us using either the chat window here on the website (located on the bottom righthand corner of the screen) or via Instagram direct messaging (@ShopCarolannie or @CarolannieCrochet). My wonderful assistant and I do our best to respond to all messages as quickly as possible! If we aren't currently online to respond within the website chat window, please leave your name and email so we can reach back out to you as soon as we can.

Shipping

The shipping cost for orders placed within the US is $8. US orders over $75 will receive free shipping automatically! International shipping costs range from $20 to $30 depending on your location. Please allow around 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, although we always strive to ship your order out same day/next day. A tracking number will always be provided.

If you purchase a digital crochet pattern, there will of course be no shipping charge or wait time since your product can be downloaded instantly.

Return Policy

We unfortunately do not accept returns in most cases, so please read all product descriptions thoroughly and ask any and all sizing questions before checkout! We are always happy to chat about our products and provide additional details to make sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase. Keep in mind that most of our clothing pieces are vintage, handmade or preloved! We will always do our best to accurately describe and photograph any major flaws or signs of wear within each product description. Your happiness is always our top priority, if you have any issues at all with your order please don't hesitate to reach out so we can work out a solution!
